Before You Call
Have your account number available. If you are still financing, this will be your loan number or certificate number. If not, this is the EPD# located on your policy. If you do not have this, a claim representative will be able to help you find this information.
Be prepared to answer the following questions:
1. When did the damages happen?
2. What equipment was damaged?
3. What happened?
4. How can you be reached? Please provide us with a phone number so our claim adjuster can reach you.
5. What dealer will you be taking the equipment to for the repairs? (Find one here)
If the equipment has been stolen, vandalized, or damaged by fire, a police/fire report is required. |
